SEARA, one of the largest food producers in Brazil and the world for over 60 years, works to offer the best products in a practical way, with confidence and innovation, bringing flavor and quality.
The challenge arises from the moment when SEARA decides to digitize its routine at the entrances of the manufacturing units with scheduling of visits, transforming daily practices, in order to streamline and centralize information from its internal processes.
The transformation, due to the set of changes to be carried out, would help the major player in the food market to digitalize their tasks, which would have an impact on the entire chain of employees in the various SEARA units. In addition, all this happened at a time when the pandemic was at its height, increasing every care in the protection and safety of employees and visitors.
MadeinWeb, aware of the importance of internal processes and striving to maintain SEARA’s quality principles, was selected to develop the organization’s application, bringing innovation and humanization to the construction of what was called the SEARA APP.The omnichannel solution comprises a wide range of features to manage the units, integrating appointment scheduling, check-in to facilitate and anticipate all data, cancellation of visits, and taking every care to improve the digital experience.
The success of this first digitization stage led to the application of the “superapp” concept, encompassing other internal needs, such as the modality of sharing good practices between units, in addition to promoting the dissemination of practices so that they could be standardized and used in all plants.
With the confidence acquired through all the market knowledge, we were selected to develop other functionalities of the application in an efficient and intuitive way, which made it a powerful ally to achieve results. Results The solution covers around 140 thousand users, currently installed in the units in São Paulo, Paraná, and the Rio Grande do Sul.
