MadeinWeb developed a customized solution integrating IoT, IA, and RPA, generating a unique experience for each guest, called Youcheck-in.

The solution is a self-service check-in counter designed to make life easier for hotel guests, which stands out for the use of artificial intelligence, used for facial scanning that helps with guest registration and validation of documents, such as citizen card or passport, selecting the best room in 45 seconds, without having to go to the reception.
